Enabling Flourishing Futures - Yorkshire Health Partners and At Scale Ltd announce partnership to improve provision of Children and Young Peoples Social Prescribing Health and Wellbeing

Yorkshire Health Partners and At Scale Limited have established a partnership to support the accelerated development of Children and Young Peoples Social Prescribing service (CYPSP).

Both organisations are passionate advocates for CYP mental health and wellbeing and the importance of local, integrated and collaborative service delivery. This new partnership will work with CYP and mental health services, GP and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), GP Federations and community and voluntary sector providers.

Enabling Flourishing Futures draws together Yorkshire Health Partners’ award-winning service and evidence-based practices and At Scale’s public sector transformation and project management expertise.  Enabling Flourishing Futures provides you with a business case for change, an accelerated service set up and delivery model, supporting documentation, methodologies, pathways and frameworks to allow your service to be ready to start delivering within 3-4 months.
