Welcome Tom Norris to YHP

We are very pleased to announce that Tom Norris has joined our Board of Directors this year at Yorkshire Health Partners. Tom has a wealth of experience within the education sector and we look forward to his valuable contributions to the organisation.

Tom says:

I have been a leader in education for 18 years with my most recent experience at Tranby in East Yorkshire as the Director of Studies, where I continue to support the best in every pupil from age 2 to 18 at our school.

With an eye on improving processes, my main focus has always been on the people that make these work. Developing them as individuals through performance coaching and facilitating teams to work at their highest productivity.

Growing up I had an insight into primary care through my father, a GP, and during my time at university I met my wife, also a GP. When the opportunity to support the work done by YHP arose, I was eager to be involved as YHP's Values align so well with my own. In sharing my skills and expertise, I hope to bring a broader background to the board of directors for the benefit of patients across the region.
