YHP welcomes the Care Home Online Consultation pilot for Bridlington

YHP are very pleased to be running the Care Home Online Consultation pilot for Bridlington. This gives care homes access to clinicians via a variety of online media including online request, telephone and video consultations thus reducing the need for face to face consultations. The pilot has seen all 6 Bridlington practices sign up and cover is being extended into the full care home population of Bridlington. To date this has had a positive impact on practices who are seeing a reduction in calls from Care Homes and initial feedback from the Care Homes has been encouraging with good outcomes for the patients.
