This report summarises YHPs quality achievements during 2019/20 and is designed to assure our local population, our patients and our partners that we provide high quality clinical care to our patients and service users. It also highlights areas for further improvement and sets out what we are doing to improve, in addition to our quality priorities for 2020/21.
