Yorkshire Health Partners is a federation of, currently, 11 local practices and growing, served by 50 GPs and serving the needs of almost 133,000 patients.
The partners within the federation have a very wide knowledge base and most of the partners have, besides being involved in general practice, a good understanding of patient and client care within the modern healthcare setting.
Many have been directly involved in providing and redesigning healthcare in a wide variety of services and locations. Below is a list of some of those services currently being provided. The list is certainly not exhaustive.

The aims of the Dermatology Service is to provide specialist, sustainable, evidence based, high quality, patient focused, value for money community based services to NHS patients. The service will support the national waiting times target, providing patient choice and diversity, promoting affordable innovative service models, and providing assurance to the Commissioner in terms of performance, delivery and quality.
The Community Cardiology Service supports the vision of community-based and community-led services that are developed through joint working between general practice and specialist clinicians and with in-reach to specialist care in acute settings.
NHS Health Checks

Healthcare in secure environments
Provision of services within prisons provided currently supported by Hessle Grange Medical Practice.
Provision of clinics within prison and local communities for detoxification of illicit substances.
Operating theatre/nursing/consultation room hire
Several practices have operating theatres available for usage for specialist consultants to use. This facilitates secondary care closer to home.
Crowd doctor service
A service hosted by Hessle Grange Medical Practice for crowd safety during home games for Hull City.
