Primary Care Weight Loss Injection Service
We are pleased to announce that the new Primary Care Weight Loss Injection Service is now accepting referrals. This service will deem if a patient is eligible for Tirzepatide (brand name Mounjaro®) medication and will direct them on for treatment and wraparound care if eligible.
Patients can be referred into the service by:
Contacting their GP practice and asking them for a referral
self-referring using the self-referral portal on the webpage below
Patients must meet the eligibility criteria and agree to the terms of treatment before being referred into the service which can be found on the webpage below:
