Case study by Engage Health on the success of the YHP Care Home Online Consultations Pilot

All the team at Yorkshire Health Partners have worked very hard over the last 5 months to implement the Care Home Online Consultations Service using the Engage Consult system and we’re very pleased to say the pilot has been a great success. All 27 care homes and 6 GP practices in Bridlington are now on board with the pilot and we’ve received brilliant feedback from both care homes and practices alike. We are extremely proud of our work to date and look forward to further developments of this pilot in the near future.
