Improving Access - Winter Access Programme

YHP has been commissioned to support the Winter Access Programme through additional funding via the Improving Access Service. From the funding available we are looking to provide an additional 76 hours per week from December 2021 to March 2022. This will be split into two phases. Phase 1 currently comprises of remote sessions to support patients with minor ailments. For phase 2, we are looking at the mobilisation of centralised locations for F2F appointments aiming to begin from the 1st week of January 2022.
