Improving Access Open on August Bank Holiday Monday

The Improving Access Service is offering appointments with healthcare professionals on Monday 31st August at two of the Improving Access HUB sites.

The Bridlington HUB (Wolds View Primary Care Centre) will have appointments available with a GP and Advanced Nurse Practitioner from 8.30am-1.30pm.

The Beverley HUB (Manor Road Health Centre) will have appointments available with a GP and Practice Nurse from 8.30am-12.30pm.

Any patients registered in the East Riding of Yorkshire can book into these appointments by calling their registered practice or the Improving Access HUB on 01482 458 262 between the hours of Friday 6.30pm-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 8.30am-12.30pm.
