I work mainly in the Beverley and Harthill areas of the East Riding. I enjoy helping people access support to make progress within their life and find this role very rewarding. In my spare time I enjoy reading and walking and spending time with my family and friends.

I am a Children and Young Persons Social Prescriber Apprentice. I believe that it is important to be able to offer young people a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings. This allows me to work with them to improve their mental health and well-being. I like to crochet, read and enjoy playing online games in my spare time.

I am a Respiratory Social Prescriber for adults in the Driffield, Bridlington, Hornsea and Leven areas and a Children’s Social Prescriber in Market Weighton and Holme on Spalding Moor. I provide a space for people to express their thoughts, feelings and problems in a non-judgemental way and work with them to improve their wellbeing and health. A big part of my social prescribing role is working with people with respiratory conditions holistically, focusing on what matters to them and helping them achieve their goals. I really enjoy my role and I am passionate about helping people.

I’m a CYP Social Prescriber and I work with young people in the River & Wolds area. I take great job satisfaction from being able to help young people: giving them a safe space for them to be heard, empowering them to use their voice, providing them with helpful tools, and for them to take charge of their own well-being.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors on an adventure & going to the theatre.

I am a CYP social prescriber at Malet Lambert school. Social prescribing supports people to develop and grow in confidence, realising their potential, and just how much they can achieve which is why I feel so passionate about this role and working with young people.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the gym and walking my German Shepherd when she’s behaving!

I am a Children and Young People's Social Prescriber covering the Goole and Driffield areas. With a background in residential children's homes, I have supported young people facing a range of challenges. I'm passionate about helping young people recognise their strengths and build self-belief. Outside of work, enjoy being in nature, whether it's taking long walks with my dog or exploring new places in my campervan.

I'm a Social Prescriber who works with Care Leavers, Young people who are Refugees and Asylum Seekers and Young people who are not in education, employment and training. I enjoy providing people with practical and tangible support that makes a positive impact on their quality of life and wellbeing.
In my personal life I play semi-professional football, go to the gym, and enjoy spending time with my loved ones and friends. I also love reading non-fiction and listening to podcasts.

I'm passionate about working with young people and making a difference to their lives. I'm proud of the fact that as a Social Prescriber I have the opportunity to encourage young people to get the best out of themselves, dream big and live fulfilling lives.
