Complaints

If a patient or service user has a complaint or concern about the service that they have received or any of the staff working within our organisation, they should be able to make a complaint. All complaints will be acknowledged within two working days of receipt and any investigation should be completed within 10 working days. If this is not possible, the patient will be informed of the delay and the reasons for it. All complaints must be completed within 20 working days (one month). If you feel you would like to make a complaint, please email yhp.complaints@nhs.net.

As of 1st July 2023, you can also contact the Experience Team within NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) instead of NHS England. This can be done via:
