Meet the Team
Dr Noel Tinker, Chair, Yorkshire Health Partners
Noel is a GP partner at Snaith and Rawcliffe Medical Group, in the East Riding of Yorkshire. He has practiced there for over 10 years. Prior to that he worked in primary care in Perth, Western Australia gaining valuable experience of an alternative health system.
As well as being a generalist he has a special interest in musculoskeletal and respiratory medicine. He has a particular passion for the role of IT systems in the organisation and efficient running of health systems. He has been a GP trainer/educator for the last 10 yrs having driven through the changes required for Snaith and Rawcliffe Medical Group to become a training practice.
Paddy Hall, Non-Executive Director, Yorkshire Health Partners
Paddy is a member of the Patient Partnership Group for the The Ridings Medical Group and is the Non- Executive Director of YHP, he is currently on the Mobilization Board, and Governance Board of the Improving Access programme
He is Vice Chair of The Education Alliance (TEAL) a multi-Academy Trust for a group of schools in the East Riding of Yorkshire, where he is also a governor of Hunsley Primary School
He is a Board member of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust (42 thousand members) who campaign, and manage over 100 sites across Yorkshire
Paddy’s professional career involved work in the public sector as a teacher, education officer, inspector and consultant. He has undertaken professional commissions in over half of the Local Authorities in England.
He is chair of West Beck Preservation Society, the most northerly chalk stream fishery in Europe, and is developing a small natural woodland.
Dr Ric Harrison, Director, Yorkshire Health Partners
Dr Richard Harrison is a long established GP in East Yorkshire having practiced here for 26 years. He was also a Clinical Assistant in Gynaecology at Goole hospital for a number of years.
Richard has previously been involved in commissioning and sits on the Board of VH Doctors. He takes a particular interest in Diagnostics and Care Pathway Design and has visited sites around the country providing mobile diagnostics. He aims to bring care to patients closer to home working closely with secondary care.
Dr Laurent Bare, Director, Yorkshire Health Partners
Laurent is a General Practitice Partner at the Hessle Grange Medical Practice.
He qualified as a GP in 2000. Before this he was being trained in General Surgery and Orthopaedics in the Hull area. He then changed to General Practice because he wanted to have more direct influence on patient care then he would as a employee of a general hospital.
Since he has been at the Hessle Health centre he has been very active in developing local and regional health care setting. He worked for the then primary care trust as a member of the clinical executive team and was part of the locality formation for the East Riding Primary Care Trust. He also was one of the founder members of a local provider limited liability partnership.
Dr. Andrew Taylor, Yorkshire Health Partners
Andy studied medicine at Birmingham, qualifying in 1988. He spent the first few years of his medical career as a serving Medical Officer in the Army before moving back to his native Yorkshire in 1993.
He qualified in General Practice in 1994 and then spent a year in rural practice in Australia, before becoming a GP in Selby and then moving to become a partner at Bartholomew Medical Group in Goole in 2010.
Andy is in full-time practice and works regular sessions in the Out of Hours service in North Yorkshire. He supervises GP Registrars in their unscheduled care training and regularly teaches HYMS students in the practice.
Dr K A Richardson MBChB, Director, Yorkshire Health Partners
Dr Keith Richardson is a full time General Practitioner based at Holme on Spalding Moor Surgery, part of the Ridings Medical Group Practice. Dr Richardson has a long standing interest in patient focused treatment. Dr Richardson also has responsibilities to look after the final year HYMS students, is an examiner for HYMS and performs GP appraisals throughout the area. Dr Richardson joins Yorkshire Health Partners to bring communication focus skills to the board. When not working as a GP Dr Richardson devotes his time to his young family.
Carol Selby, Company Secretary (or Director), Yorkshire Health Partners
Carol began her career with Halifax Building Society in 1980 but after completing her family decided to pursue a career in management. Initially managing a small software training company she then worked for a large veterinary group for several years before joining Brough & South Cave Medical Practice (now The Ridings Medical Group) as Business Manager in 2005, a role she still holds.
Carol has always been interested in the development of primary care and was on the Board of Assura East Riding LLP, a partnership between 13 local practices and Virgin Care. Carol has had some involvement with YHP from its inception and has recently agreed to join its Board.
Dr Ulf Clausen, Director, Yorkshire Health Partners
Ulf qualified as a doctor in Munich, Germany, in 2003. After training to become a General Practitioner in the Hull and East Riding area, he became a GP partner at Manor Road Surgery in Beverley, where he has now worked for the last 10 years. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine and works with East Riding of Yorkshire CCG on improving care in this area. Outside work, he likes various outdoor activities such as kayaking and rock climbing, as well as spending time with his family.
Alison Tite, Service Manager Improving Access Service
I have 13 years’ experience in general practice management, preceded by 12 years in a commercial retail pharmacy environment.
My role as Service Manager is vital to the leadership and management of General Practice. I utilise my in-depth Primary Care Knowledge to anticipate legislative and operating developments with a view to translating these into tangible business deliverables. I am responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place in order for the service to operate efficiently, delivering high quality care to our service users. I have strong leadership and excellent problem solving skills along with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels; adding demonstrable business values, creating new lines of service, reflecting on national and regional needs in line with the General Practice forward view. I possess the necessary leadership and management skills to harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity to guide and develop the service to meet future business needs.
Mollie Moment, Locality Administrator
I joined Yorkshire Health Partners in January 2019 as the Locality Administrator for the Improving Access Service.
From 13th February 2017 I was a Registration Authority Specialist with eMBED Health Consortium where over the last two years I gained experience in communicating with all levels of NHS staff, developing a knowledge of the clinical systems from an access right perspective and general administrative skills. This experience will allow me in my new role to work closely with general practice.
Catherine Carey, Finance Manager
I am an enthusiastic dedicated goal driven senior manager, with a proven ability to provide key financial data, support and reporting under pressure in a challenging and ever changing environment. I have excellent communication skills and am able to build strong relationships, both internally and externally to the organisation as well as effectively communicating financial information to non- finance colleagues. I possess strong financial control and reporting skills and rigorously ensure all statutory and corporate obligations are adhered to.
I joined Yorkshire Health Partners Ltd in April 2019. Prior to this I had gained nearly 14 years of NHS financial management experience, primarily in the acute sector, and more recently in the community, mental health and primary care provider setting.
When I joined the NHS, I had already gained 13 years of commercial experience and have worked for a number of different organisations including a charity, financial services organisations, in manufacturing and processing and a number of accountancy firms, all providing relevant learning opportunities whilst I studied.
I am a FCCA qualified accountant, who is passionate about providing value for money for all of our stakeholders, which is reflected in a quality seamless service for our patient populations.
In my spare time I sit on the board of Governors at a local primary school and also a local sporting club, providing advice and support as required.
Tonicha Coulthard, Administrative Assistant
I joined Yorkshire Health Partners in August 2019 as an Apprentice Administrative Assistant.
Over the past five years I have been studying IT, four years at Selby College, doing two years as a BTEC 90 Credit Extended Diploma and two years for Higher National Certificate/Diploma. I then did a year at The University of Huddersfield for a Bachelor of Science degree. I want to use these IT skills to help with my role in a business environment. Outside of work I love activities such as, photography, editing photos and going to Gigs.
